Title: Pat Bag

Vallen’s print is a portrait of Patricia Morrison (Pat Bag), the enchantingly sinister-looking bass player for The Bags, one of the first Los Angeles punk bands of the late 1970s. In 1976 The Damned were the first UK punk band to have recorded a single and an album; when they held a Los Angeles concert in 1977 it ignited the LA punk scene. In 1996 Morrison joined The Damned, and fittingly she married the lead singer Dave Vanian in 1997.
